Bringing 14 years of culinary expertise and Latin American flair, the Mexican-born chef is known for her role in catapulting Latin American gastronomy and culture in the region.
Having called Singapore home since 2014, she has worked at TONO Cevicheria, OLA Cocina Del Mar, and is now the head chef of Canchita Restaurant in Dempsey Hill.
