🏠环境：有两层，我们提前预约的，被带到楼下是一个大帐篷搭出来的用餐地点，可以看到外面郁郁葱葱的绿植，眼睛和嘴巴都能享用美景美食。💁🏻‍♀️服务：很好，很有耐心的介绍菜品。🍽️口味：👉Asparragos $28——非常鲜嫩的芦笋，加以丰富的佐料，很入味。👉Camotitos $16——融化的芝士淋在炸番薯条上，真的别有一番风味，非常香脆，很好吃。👉Seafood Rice $38——这个是他家菜单上推荐的必点菜，米饭是颗颗分明的，有扇贝大虾，应该还有芝士，很浓稠的酱包裹着颗粒分明的米饭，非常好吃。👉Pasta Huancaina $42——海鲜奶油意面，有点辣，有扇贝墨鱼还有虾，辣味很好的平衡了奶味，不会太辣也不会太腻，很值得一试。👉Half Pollo $38——半只烤鸡，烤鸡挺失败的，肉质很干，还没配菜的炸薯条好吃，他家的薯条长得比较像薯块，外面炸的很脆。👉New Alfajores $16——撒了糖霜的饼干夹着类似巧克力的酱，很好吃，旁边还配了焦糖菠萝，第一次以这种形式吃菠萝，没想到焦糖和菠萝一起还挺融洽的，又脆又甜。👉Tres Leches $16——这个也是他家推荐的必点甜品，真的太好吃了，被淡奶油浸湿的蛋糕，口感细腻绵润，还有浓浓的椰奶味，上面还铺满了各种莓类的水果，给蛋糕带来一丝清新的口感。👉Pastel Inka with Chocolate ice cream $24——这个是看着真的很不错，在店员的推荐下加了个巧克力冰激凌球，但是味道真的一言难尽，整个甜品有加酒，而且撒的不是很均匀，香蕉和巧克力蛋糕上都有，没有酒会更好吃，这个巧克力冰激凌有股怪味道，吃一两口就不想吃了。🍭性价比：价格不便宜，大部分菜品都很好吃，服务也还不错，环境也很好。

Had an amazing meal at Canchita to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. We ordered the Classic Ceviche, Seafood rice and the Octopus A La Brasa, and the restaurant served us complimentary bread to start. All 3 dishes we ordered were amazing and cooked to perfection, extremely flavourful and overall pretty mind blowing. My boyfriend’s favourite was the seafood rice, while mine was the ceviche. These two dishes are definitely a must order when you’re there!Ambience was nice too. The only not so positive feedback I have is that I wish the staff were slightly more attentive to our table! We found ourselves having to wait pretty long for our dishes to arrive and for water. It was difficult for us to find anyone to call as there wasn’t sufficient people on the floor.Nonetheless, the food here was delicious, and I will be back to try out other dishes for sure! :-)

Unique experience paired with Great Food...The Ceviche and Peruvian Rice was a big hit for me personally!Not forgetting the grill octopus, which was done to perfection nice Char and Crisp on the outside, soft and tender when you bite through the different textures that accompanied the dish.And ending the meal with the Coconut cake completed one of the best meals I had in a long time.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
