For those of us who celebrate, Christmas is a time for family, gratitude, and thanksgiving, replete with both time-honoured Christmas traditions and creative family rituals.

Though the festive season is the busiest period for many of Singapore’s top chefs, even they are not impervious to the lively Christmas cheer that’s warm enough to melt hearts.

In this vein, we asked chefs around the island how they celebrate Christmas with their family and friends, be it a must-have on the dining table on Christmas Day, or a cherished tradition bringing them closer with their loved ones.
