I'm very happy to have discovered this upscale Peruvian gem in Singapore! Our dining experience was truly exceptional. Really unique experience in Singapore. The service staff are attentive and able to make suitable recommendations. All food is nice, but Ceviche, Tuna Tostada and Arroz Chaufa are among some of the best dishes! Tres Leches is a must try for dessert!

The food was nice but service was so-so. I'm not sure is it because we didn't follow their recommendation of sharing sides and one main or because we are not westerners. As we were eating, I observed how the servers interacted with the westerners and it was so welcoming. Nice food but disappointed with the service. If it's because we didn't order starters as told, then please indicate as course meal in the menu.

We had the pleasure of dining at CANCHITA Peruvian Cuisine at Dempsey Hill, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The standout dish was undoubtedly the ceviche, hands down the best I've had in Singapore. The grilled octopus is crispy on the outside and yet retains the render inside. Seafood Rice is also a delightThe baked chicken with potato wedges was also incredibly delicious, and the generous portion was a welcome surprise. What impressed me most, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home.The restaurant itself was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, exuding a sophisticated ambiance perfect for special occasions.While the prices are certainly on the higher end, I firmly believe that CANCHITA is worth the splurge. If you're looking to celebrate a milestone or simply indulge in outstanding Peruvian cuisine, look no further!
